Genuine parts for Google Pixel can be purchased at iFixit

Google has announced that original spare parts for Pixel smartphones can now be purchased online.

iFixit, according to the GSMArena portal with reference toGoogle's official social media account. The site sells replacement kits for popular electronics, tool kits, and clear repair manuals for anyone looking to do DIY repairs. iFixit offers replacement parts for all generations of Pixels from original (although some original Pixel parts may be out of stock).

Google Pixel 6 Pro Display Replacement Kitit costs $193, while a similar kit for the Google Pixel 5a costs $93. The battery replacement kit for the Pixel 6 is $43, while the Google Pixel 5 screen replacement kit is $150. The authors of the portal remind that back in April, Google and iFixit announced a partnership. Back then, it was announced that original Pixel parts would be made available for purchase by customers on iFixit, so they could do their own repairs using iFixit manuals.
