Ministry of Internal Affairs plans to introduce electronic driver's licenses by the end of the year

The traffic police plans to introduce an electronic driver's license by the end of the year, RIA Novosti reports.

Now the main function of “Gosuslugi Avto” is the ability to download a vehicle registration certificate and present it to a traffic police officer in the form of a QR code.
