Announcement. Lava Blaze NXT - Lava and Hisense - twin brothers

An inexpensive smartphone called Lava Blaze NXT has been announced in India. By itself, it is not of particular interest to us. But personally, I was curious to look at his family ties.

I know about two smartphones in exactly the samecase and with very similar characteristics. This is Lava Blaze 4G and Hisense V40i sold in Mexico. The devices differ in chipsets and the Mexican has a wide-angle camera. The chips are similar in performance (all are state employees), but still different. Helio G37 for a beginner, Helio A22 and Helio G25 for relatives.

Two more close relatives are Lava Blaze Pro(Indian, like all other Lavas) and another Mexican Hisense E50i. Appearance is different - the island of cameras is designed quite differently. But at the same time, the dimensions coincide up to hundredths of a millimeter. Relatives are equipped with a more decent main camera (50 MP), but they work exactly on the same chipset as the newcomer.

Briefly about the characteristics of Lava Blaze NXT.

The chipset, as I mentioned, is MediaTek Helio G37. Which means that in AnTuTu we will get only a little more than a hundred thousand points. 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage.

Screen with a diagonal of 6.5 ″ (102 cm²) and a low resolution of 720 × 1600 (270 ppi). The increased refresh rate is not mentioned (although the chipset theoretically supports it).

The battery is standard good, 5000 mAh.With cameras, on the contrary, everything is very so-so. The front has a resolution of 8 MP. There are three rear cameras - 13 + 2 + 0.3 MP (which auxiliary modules are not specified).

The fingerprint scanner is located at the back in the old fashioned way. Type-C and dual-band Wi-Fi are available. There is no NFC module.

The back is made of some kind of “premium glass”.

The price is low. Only ₹9299 (₽6880, $114) at the start of sales.
