The device is sold in two colors:light and black. As far as I understand, the dark version has a matte back panel. In the white version, it is also matte, but when the device is tilted, “ripples” of shades of pink and light green are noticeable. Looks quite nice and original.

By the way, if you look at the surface of the back cover under a microscope, you can see the grooves that give the plastic a rough feeling.

The designers also made a transparent frame for the cameras. It also plays nicely in the light, I liked it.

If you look closely at the body of the device, thenyou can see how neatly all the transitions are made: the side face and the back panel, the front side with influxes on the edge. There is even a thin polished edge along the perimeter of the case.

Separately, it is worth mentioning the silicone case.It would seem that there is such a thing? Nevertheless, it is of high quality, it covers all the important places of the device: it sags a little on the front side, is reinforced at the corners, follows the outline of the body, including smooth transitions, and covers the cameras. The only downside is the color. It's not white, it's grey. When you put a case on your smartphone, then all the beauty of the latter disappears: the overflow of light is not visible, the case becomes as if dirty.

Very often I am asked where to find an inexpensive device with an IPS-matrix, but so that it has a high "hertz". Here you go - realme 9 5G.

In this case, we are dealing with a 5000 mAh battery. Classic of recent years. The autonomy numbers are as follows:

The quality of the photo in the evening is 3 out of 5.A lot of noise, low detail, white balance goes into warm shades. If you decide to shoot at 50 MP, then get ready for even more noise. I think only a large aperture saves the situation here.

During the day, the shots are quite interesting. Everything is fine indoors, but the noise still haunts the realme 9 5G.

The focus is fast, the sharpness of the pictures during the day is normal. You can even try 50 MP.

The front camera is average in all respects. But do not forget that the phone costs from 14,000 rubles.

Video shoots in 1080p resolution at 30 fps.The picture looks terrible: because of the digital stabilizer, when walking, it has micro-jitter. And it seems impossible to turn off the digital “stub”, you can only turn on an additional one.

Selfie video is good. True, at night in the video, the sound is delayed.

Total: quite a normal camera for its cost, but in the video you need to turn off the digital stabilizer.

realme 9 5G uses one speaker to output music. The lower frequency threshold is 130 Hz, the upper one is about 16,000 Hz. Loudness around 75 dB. The quality is good, without wheezing and overload.

There is a 3.5 mm jack in the devices. Of the obvious advantages, it is worth noting the presence of all popular audio codecs: aptX, aptX Adaptive, aptX TWS +, aptXHD, LDAC, LHDC, and AAC with SBC.

Impression

Given that realme 9 5G can be found from 14,000 rubles, the smartphone made a positive impression on me.

Worth noting:

Excellent IPS-matrix with 120 Hz refresh rate. Very smooth interface, high-quality picture.
Good work time. It is quite possible to squeeze out up to 7 hours of screen glow.
The main camera for such money will do. Front - nothing like that.
The performance is enough for any toys, the main thing is not to overdo it with the graphics settings.
The device is well assembled, neatly executed, the colors are classic. A decent case is included.
Available NFC, 5G, VoLTE and Wi-Fi.
There is a recording of phone calls. Moreover, both your voice and the voice of the interlocutor are recorded in one file.

As such, the device has no cons. Is that instead of two useless camera modules, I would like to have one wide-angle, albeit of poor quality.
