Pixel Buds Pro headphone software implements active switching between sound sources

Google has developed new software for its Pixel Buds Pro headphones that implements active

switching between working devices. The sound switching mode uses Fast Pair technology and contextual information about what is currently working, for example, if the user is playing on the tablet and a notification arrives on the smartphone, in this case the sound will not switch to the smartphone, and if there is an incoming call, it will switch. The user will have the option to return the sound to the original device with a single touch in a pop-up notification. In this way, Google offers the user full control over the management of sound sources. According to Google, this technology will not be exclusive to Pixel Buds Pro and will soon appear on Sony and JBL headphones.
