Lenovo releases Lenovo 500 USB-C Dock

Lenovo launches the Lenovo 500 USB-C Dock, which greatly enhances communication options

for laptops with few ports. The front panel interfaces include two USB-C ports and one USB-A port, while the rear panel houses, in addition to the USB-C port, Lenovo's proprietary rectangular power port, DP port and HDMI port - both of these ports support 4K image output, as well as two USB-A ports. The novelty solves the problem of connecting two high-resolution monitors and various peripherals to ultrabooks and thin laptops with a small number of ports. The docking station should go on sale next April and will cost 1,745 yuan ($250). Previously, the company introduced the original docking station in the form of a desktop LED lamp with the ability to wirelessly charge smartphones and a 65W USB-C power output port.
