Announcement. Realme 10s is another budget smartphone with 5G support

Realme has announced in its native China another pass-through smartphone called Realme 10s.

Realme 10s is very close to what was announced in the summer inIndia device Realme 9i 5G. The beginner has a higher charging speed, more memory. And there is no one of the auxiliary super cameras with a resolution of 2 MP. Everything. The rest of the devices are identical.

Another close relative is, of course, the Realme 10 5G announced last month (also in China). It also has one more camera than the 10s. It also has a slightly different chipset.

Realme 10s uses MediaTek chipsetDimensity 810, while Realme 10 5G has a MediaTek Dimensity 700. In fact, they are about the same. It's just that Dimensity 810 is newer, made according to a more modern technical process. But, in general, the chips are almost identical. Dimensity 810 is, of course, half a bump faster. If you're lucky, you can get up to 400 thousand points in AnTuTu.

Memory is good. 8 GB operational, 128 or 256 GB permanent. There is support for memory cards (separate slot).

The screen by modern standards is quite standard. Diagonal 6.6 ″ (105 cm²), resolution 1080 × 2408 (400 ppi). Slightly increased refresh rate - up to 90 Hz.

The battery is good, 5000 mAh. Moderately fast charging - 33 watts.

The set of cameras is quite trivial.Front camera with a resolution of 8 MP plus the classic budget duet 50 + 2 MP. Samsung ISOCELL JN1 is most likely used as the main sensor, although this has not been directly announced.

About the NFC-module is not mentioned. Most likely, it is not here. The fingerprint scanner is combined with the power button. There's Type-C, dual-band Wi-Fi, and even a standard audio output.

The Realme 10s will cost ¥1099 (₽10400, $157) and ¥1299 (₽12300, $186) for the 8+128 and 8+256GB varieties, respectively.
