Announcement. A simple Teclast P26T tablet and the debut of the Allwinner A523 chipset

Teclast introduced its next tablet. His name is called Teclast P26T.

The tablet is quite simple and of little interest. But all of a sudden it uses a chipset that I haven't heard of before. Otherwise, we have an almost exact copy of last year's Teclast P25T tablet.

The chipset is called Allwinner A523.Apparently, it was released only this year, but this is inaccurate. It is not available on the official website of the chipmaker. Eight modest Cortex-A55 cores and a Mali-G57 MC1 video accelerator. They promise 160 thousand points in AnTuTu. budgetary level.

(The Teclast P25T used the even more boring Allwinner A133 quad-core chipset).

Memory is poor. 4 GB operational, 64 GB permanent. There is support for memory cards.

The screen is standard, the screen is simple. Diagonal 10.1″ (296 cm²), very low resolution 1280×800 (149 ppi).

The battery is also not too big, only 5000 mAh.

The cameras are just for show. 2 MP in front, 5 MP plus something auxiliary in the back.

It seems that Wi-Fi is not just dual-band, but even the sixth. But there is no support for mobile Internet, or even a GPS module.

How much Teclast P26T will cost, I don't know yet. Hardly a lot.
