The fourth Avito office in Russia was opened

On March 14, 2023, the fourth Avito office in Russia was opened. The new representative office opened in

Samara, staff - 200 people.The office will deal with customer service, moderation, product and technology areas. The Samara branch will help distribute the burden of supporting Avito users, whose number has exceeded 60 million people per month.

Shyam Nambiar, Director of Avito Customer Service Center:

“We continue to focus on expandingits presence in the regions, creating new jobs throughout Russia. Samara is very attractive in terms of location and local labor market, so our choice fell on this beautiful city. About 200 people already work here, most of whom work in the customer service center.”

Total in Avito customer service centers (CCS)employs more than 2.2 thousand people. 1.8 thousand employees from 45 cities of Russia interact directly with Avito clients, they process about 1 million user messages per month.
