"Connected" all? Beeline, Alfa-Bank and Merlion sued the company

The Beeline operator filed a lawsuit for 838.68 million rubles, the defendant is the Svyaznoy company. This was reported

news agency TASS with reference tomaterials of the Moscow Arbitration Court. The grounds for the claim are not indicated, the hearing of the case is scheduled for September. We add that Alfa-Bank filed claims for 5.9 billion rubles against Svyaznoy and its parent company DTSRetail Ltd (Cyprus). In both cases, the third party in the claims is the Russian distributor Merlion, which, in turn, filed claims against Svyaznoy in the amount of 5.6 billion rubles. These cases will also be considered in September.
