Announcement. Vivo V30 Lite – “aura” for Mexico

A smartphone called Vivo V30 Lite has gone on sale in Mexico.

Old friend? Almost. Very similar to the Vivo V29e Global we sell, only there is one more camera. Something strange has been added with a resolution of 2 MP.

Let's look at the characteristics.

I had to look up the brand of the chipset.No, it is even on the official website. But slightly hidden. Our old friend Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 (~440K in AnTuTu). A normal chipset for a non-sophisticated middle class.

Memory. Only one variety, but a solid one. 12+256 GB. There is no support for memory cards.

The screen is also solid. AMOLED. Diagonal 6.67″ (107 cm²), resolution 1080×2400 (395 ppi). The refresh rate is high – up to 120 Hz.

The battery is not bad. But the capacity is still slightly below average - 4800 mAh. Charging is fast, but not fanatical – 44 W.

Cameras. 50 MP front, 64+8+2 MP rear.Front camera with autofocus. The main rear camera has optical stabilization and an additional round flash - that very “aura”. The brands of sensors have not been officially named. But, most likely, these are the same Samsung ISOCELL JN1 and OmniVision OV64B as the relative.

There is an NFC module and support for 5G networks. The fingerprint scanner is hidden under the screen.

The Vivo V30 Lite will cost 8,999 pesos (₽48,800, $532). Smartphones are expensive in Mexico.
