Announcement. Vivo iQOO 9T is a powerful Indian copy

Vivo has announced a smartphone in India called Vivo iQOO 9T.

A brief study showed that the newcomersuspiciously similar to the Vivo iQOO 10 sold in China. Only the colors are smaller, and the soft shell is different. OriginOS Ocean from the “Chinese” versus Funtouch OS 12 from the “Indian”. I don't see any other differences.

About the characteristics.

The top chipset is Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1.A million plus points in AnTuTu. In addition to the standard chipset, a proprietary V1+ chip has been added to the smartphone. It is used to process images from cameras. He, if I understand correctly, is used to interpolate pictures in games - such a tricky way to increase fps.

RAM 8 or 12 GB, permanent memory 128 or 256 GB. Memory is, of course, fast. And support for memory cards, of course, no.

Ultra-fast charging - 120W. Full charge time, according to official promotional materials, 20 minutes. (In China, the iQOO 10 charges a minute faster for some reason).

The battery is standard, 4700 mAh (more precisely, there are, of course, two half-capacity batteries, but who cares about these technical details?)

The screen appears to be identical to the oneused in iQOO 9 China. Diagonal 6.78 ″ (111 cm²), maximum refresh rate - 120 Hz. AMOLED E5, flat and not LTPO. The resolution is standard, 1080 × 2400 (388 ppi).

Cameras. The front camera has a resolution of 16 MP.There are three rear cameras - 50 + 13 + 12 MP - main, wide-angle and telephoto. The main sensor is Samsung ISOCELL GN5, there is optical stabilization. The wide-angle camera can act as a macro camera. The telephoto is simple, the increase is only twofold.

In the “other” section, everything is standard. 5G, NFC, stereo speakers, a sixth Wi-Fi, in-screen fingerprint scanners and no proper audio output.

And about money.

For iQOO 9T in India they want ₹49,999 (₽38,900, $626) and ₹54,999 (₽42,700, $689) for versions 8 + 128 and 12 + 256 GB, respectively.

For comparison, Vivo iQOO 10 in China costs ¥3699 (₽34300, $553) and ¥4299 (₽39900, $643) for the same amount of memory. On AliExpress, I see the younger version for $575 (₽40200).
