Announcement. The new Lenovo Tab K11 is still a wagon of confusion

A couple of days ago, Lenovo presented a simple tablet, the Lenovo Tab M11, at an exhibition widely known in narrow circles. Well, I presented it - and presented it. It happens to everyone.

As it suddenly turned out, at the same time as the M11, another tablet was announced - Lenovo Tab K11. It was just so quiet that no one noticed it.

Let's unravel the confusion.

1.Let's start with the fact that Lenovo already had a couple of tablets called K11. In my catalog they are designated Lenovo Tab K11 TB-J606 and Lenovo Tab K11 TB-J6C6. Sold in China. Also eleven-inch, but with a different aspect ratio. Iron is different. And in general, they are already old - born in 2021.

2.At first glance, the new Lenovo Tab K11 differs from the Lenovo Tab M11 in almost nothing. So much so that they even have the same identifiers - TB330FU for Wi-Fi versions and TB330XU for LTE versions.

If I understand correctly, the difference ispositioning and clientele. M11 is for retail, K11 is for “commercial clients”. Accordingly, the software has been redesigned. It’s more serious for K11, or something. With the ability to customize it for the customer, without garbage, with some additional security - everything like that.

From a hardware point of view, the only difference is that for the K11, it seems, there must be a Pogo connector for connecting a keyboard. (Perhaps not in all varieties - it’s not very clear).

Let's look at the characteristics.

Chipset – MediaTek Helio G88 (~275K in AnTuTu).

Memory. There will be varieties on sale from 4+64 to 8+128 GB. Memory cards are supported.

The screen is eleven inches (351 cm²). Standard resolution, 1920×1200 (206 ppi). The refresh rate is slightly increased – 90 Hz.

The battery is average, 7040 mAh. There are no fast charges.

The cameras are simple. 8 MP front, 13 or 8 MP rear (different cameras for different markets).

Four speakers, stylus support, standard audio output.

They don’t say how much Lenovo Tab K11 will cost. For M11, let me remind you, prices start at $179 (₽16,000).
