Yandex has launched the ability for Messenger users to make group calls. IN

service now has a group functioncall for all chat participants up to 40 people. Group calls are available for desktop and Android users. Later, this functionality will appear in the version for iOS.

To create a call, just click the icongroup meeting, after which the chat participants will receive a message about the beginning of the call. Any chat participant can create a group call, there are no restrictions on the duration of the call. Within a group call, you can record the screen, mute the microphone or camera, and chat in the call. Users who did not have time to connect to the call at the start can do this at any time while the call is ongoing, using the “join” button.
