Sony Xperia 5 IV to launch soon in China

Sony China has announced the imminent release of the Sony Xperia 5 IV smartphone, according to the ITHome portal. Today it is already available

for pre-order all over China inblack, white and green colors. Sales will begin on October 20 in China. The Sony Xperia 5 IV version with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage can be pre-ordered for 6299 yuan (about $871) from the standard price of 6599 yuan (about $913). The novelty received a 6.1-inch OLED screen with a resolution of FHD +, an aspect ratio of 21:9 and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The heart of the Sony Xperia 5 IV is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip.

On the back panel there are three12 megapixel cameras on the back. All sensors are capable of 4K HDR video recording at 120 frames per second. The selfie camera is also 12 megapixels. The device is equipped with a 5000 mAh battery, while it weighs 172 grams. The novelty supports 30-watt wired charging, as well as wireless, including reverse. The smartphone is protected according to IP68 standards. Xperia 5 IV supports surround sound and Hi-Res audio. There is a 3.5 mm jack and support for DSEE Ultimate and LDAC technologies. Simultaneously with the pre-order of the new smartphone, the pre-order for the Xperia Stream docking station for gaming fans has also started. The device was developed jointly by Sony and a Japanese eSports team. The docking station is designed to cool the Xperia 5 IV and costs 1,199 yuan (about $166).
