Kawasaki showed its debut hydrogen motorcycle (2 photos)

Japanese Kawasaki demonstrated its firstA prototype of a hydrogen-powered motorcycle, which can be called the next green indicator in the transport industry, heralding the cleansing of the planet's carbon footprint.

The prototype is based on the Kawasaki Ninja H2 SX,and its color scheme, contrary to the company's traditional liveries, includes soothing shades of blue. Probably, by this the company symbolizes the serene and clean future that hydrogen-powered cars promise. The initiative to create such a motorcycle comes as part of Kawasaki's collaboration with other major industry players, including Honda, Suzuki, Toyota and Yamaha under the HySE consortium.

But it is worth understanding that the path to hydrogenthe future is not without problems. Hydrogen refueling infrastructure is still in its infancy and significant investment is needed to make it widely available. Moreover, hydrogen production must be more stable and at the required scale.
