Announcement. Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro – two front cameras and the debut of a flagship chipset, inexpensive

The Chinese are celebrating the equinox with another miracle of nature from Xiaomi, from the Civi line. I'm talking about Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro.

Okay, infection. Sorry, not for us.

Debut of the recently announced Qualcomm chipsetSnapdragon 8s Gen 3. This chip, as far as one can judge, is a slightly weakened version of the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. That is, the performance is still outrageous and flagship, but, probably, for smartphone manufacturers this hardware is slightly cheaper than the original 8Gen3.

Lots of memory, fast memory. 12 or 16 GB RAM (LPDDR5X), 256 or 512 GB permanent (UFS 4.0). Memory cards, of course, are not supported.

The screen remains the same size aspredecessor of the Civi 3. AMOLED matrix with a diagonal of 6.55″ (103 cm²). But the resolution has increased from 402 to 460 ppi (1236 × 2750, if in points). The screen has a high refresh rate of 120 Hz. There is a protective glass Gorilla Glass Victus 2. Peak local brightness is promised at 3000 nits.

The battery is average, 4700 mAh. Charging is moderately fast – 67 W.

Cameras with the Leica logo. It's serious. They retained the feature in the form of a dual front camera 32+32 MP - just a front camera and a wide-angle front camera.

There are three rear cameras.

• 50 MP – main camera with optical stabilization on a large, fresh Light Hunter 800 sensor (1/1.55″).
• 50 MP – 2X telephoto on something small like Samsung ISOCELL JN1.
• 12 MP – something simple wide-angle.

Stereo speakers, NFC module, fingerprint scanner under the screen. The LTE bands we need are not supported, so there is no point in trying to get a newbie on Ali.

The cost of Civi 4 Pro will be quite reasonable. ¥2999 (₽38500, $415), ¥3299 (₽42300, $457) and ¥3599 (₽46200, $498) for versions 12+256, 12+512 and 16+512 GB, respectively.
