The Russian version of ChatGPT has finally become available to everyone

OpenAI recently invited users to try out the Russian-language interface of its popular chatbot ChatGPT.

This became possible thanks to the automatic detection of the localization of the browser interface, which allows the service to “understand” the user’s native language.

Russian language is now included in the list of 10 languages,to which the ChatGPT interface has been transferred. In addition to Russian and English, they also include German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Simplified and Traditional Chinese.

However, it is worth noting that so far the translation concerns only the web version and its basic settings.

Help materials and the ChatGPT mobile application have not yet been translated into Russian or other languages other than English. This could be the next step in the globalization of the service.

This news is a significant event forRussian-speaking users who can now use the service in their native language. However, it is worth understanding that the service still does not work in Russia and does not allow you to register an account with a Russian SIM card.
