The first electric original Baby was designed and built by company founder Ettore Bugatti for his son Roland in 1926. It was 50% smaller than the Type 35, all electric and fitted with wooden brakes. In the last century, about 500 original Baby units were produced.

The current Bugatti Baby II is produced withusing state-of-the-art technology and built on a scale 25% smaller than the original Bugatti Type 35. As a result, not only children, but also adults can drive an electric car. The base car body is printed on a 3D printer. The company currently plans to produce about 500 Baby II units in three versions: Base, Vitesse and Pur Sang.

The basic Baby II model has a composite body,battery with a capacity of 1.4 kWh and hydraulic brakes. The car is driven by a 5.8 hp engine. The maximum speed is 48 km / h. An increase in battery capacity is available up to 2.8 kWh, which increases the autonomous range of up to 30 km. The Vitese and Pur Sang models are equipped with an engine with an output of up to 13.4 hp, and the maximum speed is increased to 67.6 km / h.


The base Bugatti Baby II roadster will be on saleat a price of about 35 thousand dollars, and the model Pur Sang with a case made of aluminum, is already estimated at 68 thousand dollars. Currently, due to the economic crisis, some customers withdrew their application for one of the 500 Bugatti Baby IIs, so fans of the company have the opportunity to purchase a relatively inexpensive electric car for their collection.
