Memory. This is where I don't understand. The only variety. 8 GB RAM, 128 GB storage. All. And for that you want a thousand euros? But there is support for memory cards. Comforted.

Cameras. 12 MP front, 48 + 12 MP rear. Exactly the same sensors as the Sony Xperia 1 V. (The Sony Xperia 5 IV has the same front camera and width, but the main camera is simpler).

• 48 MP exclusive (for your loved ones) Sony IMX888 sensor with a size of 1/1.35″. With optical stabilization, of course.
• 12 MP. Wide-angle camera with autofocus, but no macro capability. Sony IMX563 sensor.
• 12 MP. Front camera. Sony IMX663 sensor was put here.

The screen, judging by the characteristics, moved from last year's predecessor without significant changes. All the same “cinematic” aspect ratio of 21:9.
OLED-matrix with a refresh rate of 120 Hz (not LTPO). Diagonal 6.1″ (87 cm²). The resolution is not bad, 1080×2520, which gives 449 ppi. The Sony Xperia 1 V has a larger screen, 6.5″ (99 cm²).

The battery is classic, 5000 mAh. There is wireless charging. Wired charging is fast, but without fanaticism - 30 watts. The charger was not included in the kit.

Other. There is NFC, a barometer, water-dust protection according to IP68 class.

The fingerprint scanner is still on the side. There is a standard audio output, there are stereo speakers.

The price bites. £849 (₽104,000, $1,070) at UK launch. €999 (₽104000, $1080) at the start of sales in Germany.
