The Graoopro electric cargo bike travels hundreds of kilometers on a single charge

California manufacturing companyelectric vehicles Addmotor presented a powerful electric cargo bike called Graoopro. Thanks to its special design and two batteries, it is capable of transporting up to 204 kg over a distance of over 300 kilometers.

Graoopro is built on a low-step framemade of 6061 aluminum alloy and oil spring fork providing 80 mm of travel. The built-in rear trunk is designed to carry 68 kg of cargo, while the maximum load, including the driver, can reach up to two hundredweight. The wheels of the new product are different: the front is 24 inches, and the rear is 20 inches.

The secret to Graoopro's lifting capacity lies inpatented rear hub motor with a maximum power of 1000 W and torque of 80 Nm. Meanwhile, seven levels of pedal assist are available via the center axle torque sensor up to a top speed of 32 km/h. There's a 7-speed Shimano gearbox for more flexible riding options, as well as a semi-twist throttle for motor-only riding or faster stoplight riding.

The electric cargo bike can be equipped withone or two rechargeable batteries with a capacity of 960 Wh, providing a range of up to 337 km on a single charge in minimal auxiliary mode. The batteries are removable, which simplifies charging and allows you to quickly change them.

Graoopro is already available to order in four color options, and its price starts at $1,999.
