New industrial memory map with responses to the eco agenda

Team Group has introduced a new industrial memory card - 5600 DDR5. It integrates industrial U-DIMM, SO-DIMM, ECC-DIMM and R-DIMM DDR5 memory modules with a clock frequency of 5600 MHz and a voltage of 1.1V.

Unfortunately, for today there is no information yet when the card will be available to the general consumer. However, it is known that the details will appear a little later.

As stated in the company, Team Group has beenhas been gaining recognition in the industrial market for years and specializes in DDR5 chips. The company has previously developed a full range of 4800MHz DDR5 modules. And now, thanks to new developments, it has been possible to achieve a frequency of 5600 MHz for new products.

In addition, a protection function has been added to the new map.SPD from writing, which prevents the SPD parameters from being changed due to abnormal situations. Thus, the risk of disconnection is reduced, and the memory can operate with significantly improved performance and stability.

The company also announced the first “Industrial Smart Alert DDR5 memory module. They claim that the chip has RGB lighting effects and an audible warning system for industrial applications.

The module adjusts the temperature parameters depending on user requests, and also allows users to monitor the status of the equipment using light and sound signals.

There are three modes:alert, notification, and reminder. All of them work thanks to different backlight colors, and thus become the most relevant in the industry, where a person does not even have to be at the computer to see that something is wrong.
