The French company Agronutris will be engaged in the production of worm products and it plans to supply them to supermarkets and restaurants. Worm dish recipe

Agronutris will not be the first manufacturer of insect products. This is also done by Jiminis, which even presented a recipe for mealworm muffins. You will need:

  • 3 spoons of cocoa;
  • 60 grams of margarine;
  • 1 egg;
  • a tablespoon of fat-free yogurt;
  • 30 grams of flour;
  • baking powder;
  • 25 grams of mealworm powder.

Cocoa, melted butter, egg, yogurt anda small amount of baking powder must be mixed with water until a thick mass is obtained. Add flour worms to the mixture. Fill the muffins with this composition, you need to send them to the oven for 20 minutes. Then you can brush the tops of the muffins with powdered sugar and garnish with crispy worms.

Agronutris and Jiminis don't just wantearn money. Their representatives are confident that popularizing insect products can save the environment.
