Such goods include everything that every person needs for life, and their cost is strictly controlled by the government. Since sugar, salt and other foodstuffs are vital, care must be taken that sellers do not inflate their prices by more than 15% of the manufacturer's value. Thanks to this, it is possible to achieve that they remain accessible to all categories of citizens, even in difficult life situations. In addition to products, household items such as personal hygiene products, matches, pet food, and so on can be added to the list of socially significant goods. This means that shops have the right not to sell sugar, salt, flour, and so on in large quantities to one person. Such a restriction makes it possible to ensure that there is enough food for all people.
According to open sources, regional authorities can expand the list of essential products by issuing their own order. But no one has the right to remove products from the list.

In addition to food and hygiene products,Every home should have a first aid kit. If someone cuts themselves, iodine, brilliant green, hydrogen peroxide and sterile plasters with bandages should always be at hand. In case of poisoning, first aid can be provided to a person by giving him activated charcoal - it acts as a sorbent that collects and removes harmful substances from the body. Validol and Corvalol are required to calm the first aid kit, and in case of fainting, ammonia is needed. To relieve pain, analgin is used, at elevated temperatures paracetamol, and naphthyzinum is necessary for nasal congestion. As a rule, all essential medical supplies are inexpensive.
