US court orders Apple to provide developers with alternative ways to receive payments

The US Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit upheld Apple's request for access

The court considered a lawsuit against Apple by Epic Games, the creator of the game Fortnite. At the same time, the court refused Epic Games to satisfy the rest of the claims, in particular, the commission of 30% in the App Store was recognized as legal and not contrary to antitrust requirements. In the total amount of claims against Apple, the court invalidated nine of them. Apple said it respects the court's decision, but does not agree with it and reserves the right to further review and appeal. The company has 14 days to make this decision.
