Triple announcement of TCL: TCL 10 Pro, 10L and 10 5G

TCL introduced three smartphones,
she showed at CES 2020 in the early daysthis year. Everything on schedule - with the announcement they promised to bring the devices to a state of readiness to go on sale in the second quarter of this year - and were not deceived. TCL 10 5G, TCL 10 Pro and TCL 10L are offered to the US market and announced globally. So far, however, without specific dates - not so little.

All three patterns are recognizable linearly.organized camera unit on the back - four in a row plus a flash on each side. There is no particular sense in discussing the degree of aesthetics of such a decision; few modern multi-eyed monsters can boast of such a thing, but at least it turned out to be peculiar. The set of cameras for all three smartphones varies.

Let's start by seniority. The flagship of this multi-family - TCL 10 Pro, oddly enough, the stronghold is by no means the freshest and no god knows how powerful (about 209500 AnTuTu points) chipset. There is no support for 5G networks here - this chip was reserved for the middle brother - TCL 10 5G). But from the heart all sorts of other goodies are stuffed.

This is a side-curved AMOLED screen with built-infingerprint scanner. The diagonal is 6.47 ″, the resolution is fullHD +, it supports HDR10 and is Netflix-certified, that is, Netflix has blessed viewing its content on it, they say, it’s suitable.

This is such a good battery - 4500 mAh withSupport for fast charging 18W (35 minutes to reach a charge level of 50%) and even capable of reverse charging (that is, it can share the charge) 7.5W.

And, of course, serious cameras: a leading 64 MP with an aperture of f / 1.79, 16 MP wide-angle, 5 MP macro and something 2 MP with a pixel size of 2.90μm and an aperture of f / 1.8 for shooting video in low light conditions. No one of these three models has such a strange photomodule. The front camera is 24 megapixel.

Decent RAM capacity - 6 GB. The drive is 128 GB, expansion is possible, but due to the second SIM card.

At the start of sales in Europe, the smartphone will cost € 449 (₽36800, $ 488). Across the ocean, apparently, $ 449 (₽33,900).

TCL 10 5G, even though not senior, received the mostEnviable hardware - the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G chipset, and with it the support of fifth-generation networks. The capacity of RAM did not change - the same 6 GB. Storage - 128 GB.

The set of cameras has 64 MP, 5 MP macro and 2 MP depth sensor. There is a wide-angle, but not 16, but 8 MP. Front camera 16 MP.

TCL 10L

Younger models, TCL 10L as a chipsetgot Qualcomm Snapdragon 665. The RAM capacity is 6 GB. Some changes are regarding the drive - in addition to the modification of 128 GB of UFS, there is also 64 GB of the older eMMC.

The screen is the same as the TCL 10 5G. And the front camera is the same. The battery is different - it is here 4000 mAh and no gu-gu about fast charging, as well as a set of cameras.

The main “lowered” to 48 MP, which in principle is also quite good. Wide-angle remained 8-megapixel with an angle of 118 °. Macro replaced by 2 megapixel. Depth sensor available.

Price - from € 249 (₽20,400, $ 271) at the start of sales in Europe.
