In other trim levels, the Prius Prime maybe equipped with a blind spot monitoring system with an obstacle warning function when reversing. Front and rear parking assistance with automatic braking is available as an option on the SE trim and is standard on the XSE and XSE Premium trims. Those who opt for the XSE Premium will benefit from the Panoramic View Monitor, which provides a 360-degree view around the car, as well as a hands-free system that can assist with parallel parking and reversing in a parking space.
About pricing and launch date for the base Priuswill be known by the end of this year. As for the Prius Prime plug-in hybrid, the company promised to provide information in the first half of 2023.
