In anticipation of the announcement of the Samsung Galaxy S23 series smartphones, which will take place on February 1, Winfuture.de has published the official specifications of the upcoming Galaxy S23 and S23+ models.
As previously reported, the Samsung Galaxy S23 andGalaxy S23 + received a simplified design, which is an evolution of the appearance of the previous generation models. Most of the changes are the removal of the common rear camera bump that the Galaxy S22 had, and now the camera lenses individually only protrude slightly above the back panel surface.
In terms of specs, the Galaxy S23 andThe Galaxy S23+ features 6.11-inch and 6.6-inch Infinity-O AMOLED displays, respectively. The resolution of the displays is 2340 × 1080 pixels (Full HD +), although the pixel density differs due to different screen sizes - 425 or 393 ppi for the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23 +, respectively.

Smartphones of the Galaxy S23 series are based on a chipSnapdragon 8 Gen 2. The Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+ models will receive 8 GB of LPDDR5X RAM, as well as a flash drive with a capacity of 128 or 256 GB in the case of the S23 and 256 or 512 GB in the S23+. There is no microSD card slot. All Galaxy S23 models for the European market support two physical NanoSIM cards and also support eSIM.
The Galaxy S23 and S23+ have a main camera with50MP resolution, f/1.8 aperture, 23mm equivalent focal length (EFF), 85° field of view and Dual Pixel autofocus.
