The average selling price of a smartphone in Russia decreased in the third quarter to the level of 19.3 thousand rubles. In the same

smartphone sales time in monetary termsdecreased by 43%, and in nominal terms - by 30% compared to the same period a year earlier. Such data is provided by representatives of retail and electronics distributors. In total, 5.6 million smartphones were sold on the Russian market in the third quarter for a total of 107.8 billion rubles. Russian consumers are increasingly inclined to choose simpler models, including due to the lack of the ability to use banking applications on iPhone smartphones and the non-working Apple Pay. The share of iPhone smartphones in sales in the Russian market is estimated at 6%, previously it was 15%. The share of Samsung decreased from 30% to 9.9%. At the same time, the shares of Chinese smartphones, on the contrary, have grown strongly: Xiaomi, together with POCO, has 41.3% of the market, Realme has 16.4%, and Tecno has 9.1%.
