Elon Musk, the head of the company, said that FSD willavailable to anyone who makes the appropriate request from the car screen. At the same time, our American colleagues noted that the deployment of the autopilot system took place exactly at the moment when the US Department of Justice made claims against Tesla regarding its “false” statements on the FSD topic.
Recall that earlier access to the autopilot had only users falling under a number of criteria: the safety rating had to be at least 80 points, and run on autopilot at least one hundred miles.
