The Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation proposes to introduce the possibility to revoke all consents to processing at the State Services

personal (PD), which were given by a citizen of the Russian Federation,to do this, it is necessary to create a register of such consents, RIA Novosti reports with reference to the statement of the head of the department, Maksut Shadayev, at a meeting of Russian President Vladimir Putin with the government.

“We would like to regulate such an opportunity so thatso that he (the citizen - ed.) in his personal account on the State Services portal has a list of all the consents that he gave, and so that he can withdraw each consent, and the organization that collected this data from him was obliged to delete this data. Here it is required to regulate this story a little legislatively, to make a register of such consents, ”the news agency quotes the minister. According to Maksut Shadayev, a person almost never remembers exactly to whom he gave his personal data. “And he does not have the opportunity, which is provided for by law, to withdraw such consent so that his data is deleted by the operator of personal data,” the head of the Ministry of Digital Development noted.
