Starlink satellite Internet tested on an airplane

Elon Musk's SpaceX has demonstrated that its Starlink satellite system can provide access to Netflix and YouTube at an altitude of about 9000 meters - on board the aircraft.

Satellite Internet Starlink tested onon board a JSX airline. During the flight, the data transfer rate was above 100 Mbps - at least that's what the Ookla service showed. For the sake of credibility, simulators of a load of 20-30 passengers were placed on the boron.

“I am delighted,” said the CEO of JSX, who was on board the flight trying out internet surfing and WhatsApp calls. “It exceeded my expectations.”
