SpaceX's Starlink Internet will be available on the move on planes, ships and trucks


In the near future, Internet Starlink,Broadcast by Elon Musk, SpaceX will become available not only for home use, but also for customers on the move in airplanes, ships, trucks and vans.

Elon Musk posted a post on Twitter in which he explains that at this stage, the broadcast of the Internet Starlink for Tesla cars is impossible, since the terminals are still “too bulky”.

SpaceX is currently seeking approval from the FCC to install and operate dedicated “moving vehicle” terminals.

A statement to the FCC notes that it is currentlyAt the same time, traffic in the world's Internet networks has grown sharply, and users "no longer want to give up their connection while driving." Earlier last year, SpaceX sent the FCC a request for permission to test Internet systems for aircraft and naval vessels.

The current application is aimed at obtaining morea general license, which will ultimately expand "the range of broadband capabilities available to moving vehicles throughout the United States, as well as moving ships and aircraft around the world," said a SpaceX spokesman.
