HONOR Announces EmpowermentHONOR MagicWatch 2 smart watch: from April 14, users will receive updates with SpO2 oxygen saturation monitoring technology and a menstrual cycle tracking function designed specifically for women.
Updated Saturation Monitoring Technologyblood oxygen allows users to control the SpO2 parameter both in sports and in other domestic situations. The higher the level of oxygenation, the better the body is supplied with oxygen, which is necessary for its effective functioning. Normally, blood oxygen saturation should be 90-100%. If the indicators are below 89%, this may be a sign of insufficient oxygenation, which causes fatigue, drowsiness, lethargy, dizziness, palpitations, decreased memory and can index the functioning of the heart, lungs and other organs.
In addition, the SpO2 measurement technology in HONORMagicWatch 2 will help to track the level of oxygen in the blood together with data on the height at which the user is. This feature is useful for lovers of hiking, mountain sports and large expeditions. The SpO2 measurement function will be available from April 14 to 18 to users of the HONOR MagicWatch 2 smart watch in version 46 mm and version 42 mm through the OTA update, which is activated in the Health application (Huawei Health).
Menstrual Tracking Function (FemaleCycle Tracker), designed to meet the needs of women, calculates the estimated period of the cycle, predicts premenstrual symptoms, analyzes the quality of sleep and other physiological parameters.
Statistics about all data received by userswill be able to view in the Health app (Huawei Health), and also subscribe to receive push notifications a few days before the estimated start date of the menstrual cycle. The menstrual cycle tracking function will be available after the OTA update from April 14 to 18 for HONOR MagicWatch smartwatch users in the 42 mm version, and from April 14 to May 10 for HONOR MagicWatch users in the 46 mm version.
