Semi-announcement. IIIF150 Air1 Ultra is a mid-range armored smartphone with a night camera

The IIIF150 Air1 Ultra smartphone is the third smartphone fromAir1 series. In many ways, it is similar to its predecessor IIIF150 Air1 Pro - that one is also all protected and with a night camera. But Air1 Ultra is both bigger and more impressive. (The third smartphone of the series, IIIF150 Air1 - it is almost like Air1 Pro, but with weaker cameras - including it does not have night).

The IIIF150 Air1 Ultra has not yet been officially announced. But the page of the device has already appeared in the official store on AliExpress and all the main characteristics are already known.

Let's get acquainted.

The chipset is more than decent, MediaTek Helio G99. T.That is, in AnTuTu we are waiting for somewhere around 350 thousand points or even a little more. Compared to Helio G37, which is installed in colleagues in the series (100-130 thousand points), this, of course, is heaven and earth.

There is a lot of memory. 8 GB operational, 128 or 256 GB permanent. About support for memory cards is not written. Maybe she is. Or maybe she doesn't.

The screen is large and fairly standard. Diagonal 6.78 ″ - 109 cm² (versus 6.5 ″ for relatives), resolution 1080 × 2460 (396 ppi). The high refresh rate is declared - up to 120 Hz.

The battery is average, 5000 mAh (charging speed 33 W). Relatives have the same battery, but the charging speed is lower - 18 watts.

With protection, everything is traditional.The specifications list the magical abbreviations IP68, IP69K and MIL-STD-810, which translated into Russian means that the device is not afraid of water and is slightly shockproof. The list of passed tests for compliance with the 810th standard is not yet visible anywhere.

Cameras. The front camera has a resolution of 32 MP.Rear, apparently, two pieces, 64 + 20 MP - main and night. The main camera sensor - Sony IMX686 - is very solid, although not the newest (2019). The night camera, as usual, is equipped with infrared illumination. In reviews of previous smartphones in the series, I met mentions that their backlight is very powerful, at 20 meters.

(Air1 Pro has slightly more cameras, 16 MP in the front, 48 + 20 + 2 MP in the back - there is an additional macro camera).

Other. There is an NFC module, a side fingerprint scanner, Type-C, dual-band Wi-Fi.

What will happen to the price is still unclear. Now $520 (₽36400) is drawn on AliExpress, which, for my taste, is a bit too much.
