Self-balancing hoverboard Segway Ninebot S Max will get a reserve of autonomous driving 38 km (video)


Introduced to Indiegogo crowdfunding platformSegway Ninebot project for the release of the Segway Ninebot S Max self-balancing hoverboard. Segway Ninebot, part of Xiaomi, will thus bring to the global market the international version of the Ninebot Scooter MAX Sports, released in 2020 and already gaining popularity in China.

Segway Ninebot S Max Control Systemprovides for the use of a hand-operated, height-adjustable steering wheel, which increases the control of the device, providing a smooth ride and quick maneuvering. The steering column has a built-in display that shows the information the user needs.

The battery ensures autonomous travelwith a capacity of 432 Wh. It will take 4 hours to fully charge the battery. The front of the Ninebot S Max has integrated LED lights to keep you safe when traveling at night. The Segway Ninebot S Max weighs 22.8 kg.

Autonomous travel range on a single chargebattery is 38 km, at speeds up to 20 km / h. However, the Segway Ninebot S Max supports the GoKart kit, which will increase the speed of the Gokart Kit. The integration of the Ninebot S Max into the Gokart Kit brings the kart speed up to 37 km / h with an autonomous ride up to 25 km.


On the Indiegogo site, you can issuepre-order for the Ninebot S Max for $ 849. For today, in the first few days from the start of the project, an amount has already been collected that exceeds the fixed goal more than 30 times. The first deliveries of scooters will begin in April 2021.
