Sales of electric Smart have begun

The first electric Smart Elf#1, created as a result of the collaboration between Mercedes-Benz and Geely, entered the

sale in China.The car is capable of driving 560 kilometers on a single charge and will cost 190,000 yuan ($28,600). The novelty was built on the Geely architecture on the SEA platform. Designers applied a number of original solutions, in particular, frameless doors and hidden door handles were used. The seats can be moved forward and backward by 13 cm to optimize interior space. The engine of the car with a power of 200 kW produces a torque of 343 Nm and is able to accelerate the car to hundreds in 6.7 seconds. The car has a 66 kWh battery, a 9.2-inch digital instrument cluster and a 12.8-inch infotainment screen. The interior uses a 64-color backlight with an adjustable degree of brightness.
