Quad-cameras to the masses: Realme 5 and Realme 5 Pro

Realme has launched a line of smartphones equipped with a 4-module camera: Realme 5 and Realme 5 Pro are on the Indian market.

Devices are quite differentfilling, while both got such a set of cameras that allows you to talk about 10x optical zoom. Very conditional, of course, but still. Plus new chipsets, plus very reasonable prices - the models turned out to be very interesting in the end.

Realme 5 is one of the few at the momentsmartphones, built on a very fresh Snapdragon 665 chipset. RAM capacity - from 3 GB to 4 GB, built-in flash memory - 32, 64 or 128 GB. The screen with a diagonal of 6.5 ″ has a moderate resolution with not the most standard aspect ratio - 720x1600 pixels, 9:20. Protected by Gorilla Glass 3. The 13-megapixel front camera with artificial intelligence-based selfie improver and AI HDR mode are in the tear-shaped cutout.

The screen is slightly smaller - 6.3 ″, while the resolution is higher - 1080 × 2340 pixels. By reducing the margins, the smartphone is noticeably reduced in size relative to Realme 5, its length is 157 mm, while Realme 5 is 7 mm longer.

The front camera here is a 16 megapixel SonyIMX471. Something has also changed in the main photoblock - here the 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 module with an aperture of f / 1.79 took the place of the leading camera.
