Apple introduced new computerApple M2 Pro and M2 Max processors. Both chips will be used in the company's new laptops - MacBook Pro 14" and 16". The SoC is based on a 5nm process, with the M2 Pro having 40 billion transistors and the M2 Max with 67 billion.
But much more interesting is what the company decidedcompare your latest chips. On the slide of Apple’s official presentation, you can see that the Max version of the SoC is 6.5 times faster than a certain Intel Core i9 processor, and the Pro version is “only” 3.9 times faster:
Experts have found that behind the unnamed Intel solution is a model released in 2019. This is four years ago and almost 12 months before the release of the first Apple Silicon chip - M1.
Recall that in addition to the MacBook Pro, the new Apple M2 and M2 Pro received a portable PC company - Mac mini.
