The disassembly process began with the removal of the SIM moduleand heating the lid to remove it. The expert then removed other components and warned users to be careful while doing so. The blogger saw that graphite components were installed on the main board to dissipate heat. The specialist also examined the main camera module at 50 megapixels and an ultra-wide-angle lens with a 50 megapixel sensor. The 4500 mAh battery has also been removed.

The blogger came to the conclusion that replacing the Nothing Phone (1) screen can be very difficult. As a result, the smartphone received a low maintainability score - 3 out of 10.
