MSI Prestige 16 and 16 EVO - business class laptops from the brand

MSI has introduced two models of thin and light notebooks from the Prestige series: MSI Prestige 16 and 16 EVO. As follows from

names, laptops received displays with a diagonal16 inches (matrix - mini-LED). The screen of MSI Prestige 16 supports QHD (2560 x 1600) resolution, 165Hz refresh rate and 16:10 aspect ratio. The display is quite bright, DisplayHDR 1000 certified, as well as 100% DCI-P3 color gamut. Model 16 EVO has a simpler screen: FHD+ resolution, 100% sRGB color gamut, no HDR support. As for the filling of laptops, an Intel Alder Lake-P i7-1280P processor, 32 GB of RAM (LPDDR5, soldered on the motherboard) and an NVMe M.2 SSD (PCIe 4.0) are installed here. Video cards depend on the device version: Prestige 16 - Nvidia RTX 3050 Ti with 4 GB of GDDR6 video memory, Prestige 16 EVO - integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics.

The connectors in the devices are shown in the followingconfigurations: two Thunderbolt 4, two USB-A 3.2 Gen 2, one HDMI, combo audio jack and microSD card slot. Other noteworthy features of the laptops include a dual-quiet fan cooling system (rated at 35 dB maximum noise level), a white backlit keyboard, an 82 Wh battery, a fingerprint scanner, an ambient light sensor, and an FHD webcam. The price of MSI Prestige 16 and 16 EVO laptops has not yet been disclosed.
