Fundraising successfully at Indiegogo sitefor the project of the Chinese company Sublue, which plans to produce compact scooters for diving. The rapid development of technologies in the field of autonomous power supplies and the miniaturization of engines allowed the startup to create a unique WhiteShark MIX installation, which has minimal geometric parameters and a weight of no more than 3 kg.
WhiteShark MIX is equipped with two engines withpropellers, allowing you to easily reach speeds of up to 5.6 km / h, towing a swimmer with an average weight. The maximum diving depth is 40 meters. Electric motors will be able to work offline for about two and a half hours.
WhiteShark MIX controls are limited to twostart buttons, one for each engine. At the same time, if the swimmer releases at least one button, both motors will stop. The swimmer will maneuver under water by turning the device with his hands and planning his body and legs. For operational safety, the propellers are protected by a grill, and the device itself has “zero buoyancy” - if the swimmer releases WhiteShark MIX, it will float to the surface. A message board on the front will inform the user about the remaining charge of the batteries. In addition, the scooter is equipped with a mount for installing the popular Go Pro action camera. Currently, everyone interested in the smallest underwater scooter will be able to order it for $ 349.
