Medvedev made a call to popularize digital piracy

According to the TASS news agency, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry

Medvedev said that the Russians should be more activeuse pirated content, as well as distribute it over the network in order to inflict maximum economic damage on Western companies that have announced sanctions and left the country's market.

Dmitry Medvedev:

"You know what?Look for the right pirates and download from them. If they left us, all sorts of "netflixes" and others, then we will download it all, we will use it for free. And I would scatter all this over the Net in order to cause them maximum damage. Maximum damage to make them bankrupt!”

Medvedev added that, as a lawyer, he had always been against piracy, but now he has a different attitude to this: “What you wanted, you got.”
