LG is preparing for the IFA update of the K-series: LG K40s and K50s

LG Electronics announced its intention to present at IFA 2019, which will be held in Berlin in early September, an update to the LG K line - the LG K40s and LG K50s.

Devices are not just newer than their predecessors - LGK40 and LG K50. They received larger screens, more capacious batteries and features unusual for their class. For the first time in the basic nature of LG smartphones, super wide-angle cameras and advanced sound have appeared. Both smartphones support DTS: X 3D Surround Sound.

Both comply with the military standard MIL-STD-810G. Equipped with a separate button to call the Google Assistant.

LG K50S has 6.5-inch screen with HD + resolution. To the previous set of 13 MP + 2 MP cameras, a 5-megapixel camera with a super-wide angle of shooting was added, presumably 120 °, this would make the smartphone look like a model for the Korean market, released under the name LG X6 (2019).

The front camera has a resolution of 13 MP.

The battery capacity is 4000 mAh. The chipset is not specified - something 8-core with a frequency of 2 GHz. RAM capacity - 3 GB, built-in flash memory 32 GB, expandable.

The LG K40s differs from the LG K40 in much the same wayLG K50s from the LG K50. It is larger, has a larger battery capacity and also received an additional 5-megapixel wide-angle camera in addition to the existing 13-megapixel standard.

The screen size is 6.1 ″, resolution HD +. Unlike its predecessor, the LG K40s has a screen with a notch for the front camera. 13-megapixel, in this respect it is also more impressive.

The battery capacity is 3500 mAh - and this is also more than before. Plus, the company promises to optimize energy consumption.

There are two options for RAM capacity - 2 and 3 GB. The built-in drive in both cases is 32 GB, expandable.

None of the models said that shesupports NFC, but the opposite is not said. As long as the specifications are incomplete, we can hope that there is NFC support, LG usually does not save on it, and besides, it was with the predecessor models.

Both smartphones will go to the markets of Europe, Asia and Latin America in October this year in two color options - black and “Moroccan blue”.
