Irbis laptops under Astra Linux OS will appear in retail

Approximately in December, Russian laptops based on Astra Linux OS will appear in retail stores, the Group of Companies reports.

Astra and electronics manufacturer IRBIS.To date, the IRBIS BlizzardBook 15NBC1005 and IRBIS BlizzardBook 14NBC0002 models for the mass segment, as well as the IRBIS SmartBook 15NBP3500 solution for commercial use, have successfully passed the necessary certification. At the heart of its products, the manufacturer used the 11th and 12th generation Intel Core processors, as well as AMD Ryzen, which provide high performance when working with any office applications, graphic editors, watching high-quality videos and surfing the Internet.

There are laptop modifications to choose from,equipped with 8 or 16 GB of RAM, and the capacity of the solid state drive is 512 or 256 GB. The devices are equipped with 15.6-inch IPS-displays with a resolution of Full HD 1920 × 1080 pixels. Together with the domestic operating system, laptop buyers will receive a pre-installed software package for work or study: office software, browser, multimedia player, etc. The first batch of laptops will arrive at DNS and M.Video retail stores tentatively in December. It is assumed that their cost will start from 29,990 rubles. The line of devices for commercial use will be available for sale in January 2023.
