Intel Comet Lake-S Desktop Systems, PreparedIntel’s release without special advertising and technical data is of constant interest, fueled by periodically appearing insider messages. The next such "drain" was information about testing the flagship processor Core i9-10900K benchmark 3DMark Fire Strike. The information on Twitter was posted by the user under the nickname _rogame.

Specifications of ten nuclearprocessor Core i9-10900K, allow you to overclock the clock frequency from the base 3.7 GHz to 5.1 GHz turbo frequency. Earlier, insiders reported that the processor can accelerate the frequency of all cores in auto mode to 4.9 GHz, and one core can operate at a frequency of 5.3 GHz. Thermal Velocity Boost technology is used to overclock the processor.

The latest insider reports that the processor wastested using the ASRock Z490M Pro4 motherboard, equipped with two DDR4 memory units, each with a capacity of 8 GB (3200 MHz). The test showed that the performance of the Core i9-10900K in physics calculations is estimated at 28,940 points. A similar processor test with DDR4-2666 memory previously showed results of 28,988 points.

Comparison of 10 core processor CoreThe i9-10900K with the 12-core flagship of the main competitor of Intel, AMD, the Ryzen 9 3900X processor showed a slight superiority of the latter. In the 3DMark Fire Strike test, the AMD chip scored about 30 thousand points.
