Honor will introduce a smartphone with 12 GB RAM on September 4

The Honor 20 family of smartphones, at the momentalready numbering four members (Honor 20, Honor 20 Pro, Honor 20i and Honor 20 Lite), September 4, apparently, will replenish the fifth. The company published a teaser promising a new model with the announcement of the date.

The image shows the back of a device very similar to the Honor 20 Pro. Whether it is new, or this is the Honor 20 Pro, is not very clear yet.

But about the new device under the Honor brand -the YAL-AL50 / TL50 model, which appeared in the TENAA catalog, is no doubt. This is definitely something new. And judging by the characteristics, it will be a smartphone of a very high level. The capacity of RAM, in particular, reaches 12 GB.

Dimensional model YAL-AL50 / TL50 repeats Honor20, the characteristics of the screen and the chipset also coincide. Smartphones are similar in appearance. But the new device has fewer cameras - three, not four. But among the options for RAM capacity, there is 12 GB, the Chinese version of Honor 20 did not have it.

It is believed that Honor on September 4 may present not just one, but two smartphones at once: Honor 20s and Honor 20 SE. If so, then the YAL-AL50 / TL50 must be the eldest of two.

Dimensions YAL-AL50 / TL50 are 154.25 × 73.97 × 7.87 mm, weight - 172 g. IPS screen, 6.26 ″, resolution 1080x2340. The fingerprint scanner is located on the side of the power button. The nominal battery capacity is 3650 mAh.
The processor frequency is 2.6 GHz. The options for RAM capacity are 6 GB, 8 GB, 12 GB.

The photoblock on the rear panel includes a 48-megapixel camera, 8 MP and 2 MP. They obviously sacrificed a 2-megapixel eye designed for macro shooting. The front camera is 32 MP.

There is no memory expansion option (according to TENAA). The capacity of the built-in drive is 128 GB or 256 GB.
