HUAWEI HONOR brand, starting in 2018,offers consumers a series of high-performance MagicBook laptops at an affordable price. At the beginning of 2020, the updated MagicBook Pro line with AMD Ryzen 5 processors was introduced. Now, the updated MagicBook Pro 2020 with tenth-generation Intel Core processors and NVIDIA graphics cards was presented at HONOR Smart Life events.
The updated HONOR MagicBook Pro laptop hasFull HD screen with a diagonal of 16.1 inches. Minimizing the frames to a thickness of 4.9 mm allowed us to increase the useful area of the front of the laptop up to 90%. The developers also promise 100% coverage of the sRGB color space.
MagicBook Pro's hardware partdepending on the modification, it will work on a 4-core Intel Core i5-10210U processor, or on an Intel Core i7-10510U. Graphics will be processed on the NVIDIA GeForce MX350 graphics card with 2 GB of DDR5 memory.
2666 MHz DDR4 RAM in a laptopMagicBook Pro 2020 will have a capacity of 16 GB, and the built-in SSD drive will receive a capacity of 512 GB. The device has one USB Type-C connector, three USB 3.0 (Type-A), 3.5 mm headphone jack and one HDMI. To implement wireless data transmission, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 AC (2.4 + 5 GHz) 2x2 MIMO and Bluetooth 5.0 were used. Off-line operation is provided by a 56 W battery, which allows you to watch video for 11.5 hours or 14 hours on the Internet.
The thickness of the laptop enclosed inthe all-metal body and aluminum alloy is 16.9 mm, and the mass is 1.7 kg. Cooling is provided using two fans. There is no digital block on the keyboard.
A HONOR MagicBook Pro with an Intel Core i5-10210U will cost $ 844, and with an Intel Core i7-10510U, $ 942. The sale starts on May 19th.
