Hisense is known for its addictionpleased with the release of rather strange devices with widespread use of E-Ink screens. In her catalog there are smartphones with two screens - color and ink, there are only with ink. Now there is a tablet with a monochrome screen - Hisense Q5.
Note that Hisense Q5 has at leastmonochrome, but not E Ink-screen. The screen here is RLCD - something in between. Against standard color solutions, it gives a gain in readability in the sun, but does not have the same as low-energy electronic ink and the contrast is lower. But it updates faster.
The tablet is quite large - the screen is 10.5 ″. The resolution is relatively modest - HD, the processor is also not cool - UNISOC Tiger T610. Decent RAM capacity - 4 GB. The drive is 64 GB, there is the possibility of expansion. There are cameras, but simple ones. The battery is not very big - 5050 mAh.
The tablet has already two slots for sim cards and supports 4G. There is a connector for connecting a keyboard cover.
Hisense Q5 will be offered for 2299 yuan (₽24,200, $ 325), the start of sales is from June 10.
