Google Pixel 3 Lite: Google is preparing the middle class Pixel

Information about the intention of Google to release in the linePixel is not two, but three smartphones: a pair of top and one simpler, appeared in the summer of this year. At that time, a model based on the Snapdragom 710 chipset was mentioned. Nothing more was known about it, except that the device was code-named Bonito, borrowed from medium-sized predatory schooling fish.

Since then, an official announcement of the Pixel 3 devices took place, which did not bring any surprises - the younger model did not happen and was slowly forgotten about it.

And suddenly she surfaced - under a different name, onanother chipset, but in general the idea has been preserved. The difference between the Snapdragon 670 and Snapdragom 710 processors is not very important, and the name for the device again sounds “fishy” - Sargo (White sarg).

All this gives reason to believe that this is not the fourth model, but the creatively revised third one.

The smartphone somehow ended up in the hands of representatives of the Rosette publication, it was tested and described by them.

Apparatus dimensions and design similar to the Google Pixel3, although the back panel looks even simpler, and is made of plastic. The screen is not OLED, but IPS, 5.56 ″ diagonal, resolution 1080 × 2220. The battery capacity is inherited - 2915 mAh. The capacity of RAM too - 4 GB. The drive is limited to 32 GB, which, in the absence of the possibility of memory expansion, causes some confusion.

The good news is that, among other things, Google Pixel 3 also borrowed cameras, which gives hope for the appearance of another decent camera phone in the middle class.

Another good news is that Google Pixel 3 Lite has a normal audio jack.

The bad - not so he will be “average”, judging by the price. They predict a price tag in the region of $ 500.

According to the information available, the device will be released as Google Pixel 3 Lite somewhere early next year.
